Field Conditions & Lifestyle

Field Conditions

The Region is safe and politically stable.  During the months of March-October the malaria risk is very low, and the weather conditions are very pleasant.  From November to February you can expect a lot more insects and beautiful thunderstorms rolling across the plains.
Caprivi Bush Experiences operates in the most beautifully wild areas of the Caprivi Region.  There is wildlife such as Kudu, Impala, Lechwe, Puku, African Wild Dog, and also Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo, Cheetah and Hyena.
Accommodation is safe and secure, and guests are not bothered by animals at night.  Although you may sometimes hear Hippopotamus grunting down the river or catch a glimpse of Elephant quietly feeding nearby.
Your highly experienced coordinator and instructor will ensure that you have a safe, comfortable and unforgettable experience.
